Pears and mint smoothie
- Difficulty Level Easy
- 4 pears
- 2 tbsp manuka honey, or organic thyme honey
- 2 tsp fresh mint
- 30 ice cubes, or as many as your blender will allow
- 2-3 fresh mint leaves to garnish
- 1. Peel, core and cut pears.
- 2. Place in blender with the honey and blend until nice and smooth.
- 3. Add the ice and blend again until smooth.
- 4. Serve immediately and garnish with the fresh mint leaves.
