Craving the Warmth…Hot & Spicy Turmeric Tea

- 1 cup pure spring (or filtered) water
- 1 tsp organic virgin coconut oil – to optimize absorption of powerful health benefits
- 1 tsp organic ground turmeric
- 1 tsp organic ground ceylon cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp organic ground cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp organic ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp organic ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp organic thyme honey
- 1. In a small pot combine all the ingredients except for the honey.
- 2. Simmer over low/medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent overflow as it can very quickly boil over and spill.
- 3. Pour tea into your favorite cup and add the honey.
- 4. Stir and enjoy while still hot.
